Both routes will pass by the Forest Hill Nature Area around mile 8, where you'll find light snacks, water, and bathrooms (located in the main building). 

 

Both routes will also pass by the Lumberjack Park aid station at mile 18, where you'll find Scott Dedenbach (from the Bike Shop Show podcast) and a full selection of great snacks and water. The 100 km route also passes by  again around mile 40.

 

Riders should plan to be self-sufficient while on course, Scott will be able to provide light mechanical assistance at Lumberjack Park!
